Business days exclude weekends and US holidays. Processing time is in addition to carrier transit time.

Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days. During launches/holidays: 2–4 business days.
  • Same-day handoff goal for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri).
  • Address edits/cancellations: request within 30 minutes of ordering. After that, your order may already be in picking.
  • Preorders and backorder items ship as noted on the product page. We may split your order to avoid delays.
  • We pack with recycled mailers and reinforced boxes for multi-item orders.
  • Signature may be required on orders $300+ or at our discretion for security.
  • PO Boxes/APO/FPO: ship via USPS when available.
  • We do not ship to embargoed countries or where carrier service is unavailable.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is scanned by the carrier, you’ll receive a tracking link via email (and SMS if selected). Tracking may take up to 24 hours to display movement after label creation.

  • Markings like “Pre-Shipment” or “Label Created” indicate the carrier has the label and is awaiting first scan.
  • USPS/UPS handoffs can cause brief gaps in tracking; your package is still in transit.
  • If an order shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate it, please allow 24 hours and check with neighbors/manager before contacting support.

International Shipping & Duties

We ship globally to most countries via DHL and postal partners. Transit times vary by destination and clearance speed.

  • Duties/Taxes: Unless stated at checkout, shipments are sent DDU (duties unpaid). You are responsible for any import fees charged by customs.
  • Refused/Unpaid Import Fees: If a parcel is returned to us, we will refund the item cost minus shipping once received and inspected.
  • Address Formatting: Please enter your address in English characters and include full name, house number, and local postal code.
  • UK/EU: VAT and fees may apply based on local thresholds.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Report issues within 7 days of the marked delivery date (or expected delivery window if not delivered).
  • For damaged items, include photos of the packaging and the item upon opening.
  • We’ll assist with a carrier investigation or replacement when possible. Resolutions depend on carrier outcomes and inventory availability.
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout are not eligible for replacement once shipped.
