Return Window

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Condition

Unworn, unwashed, tags attached, original packaging.

Fees

Domestic returns: $6.95 label deducted from refund. Exchanges: first exchange ships free (US).

Final Sale

Marked final sale, underwear, mystery packs, and items 30%+ off are not returnable.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, scent-free, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Any signs of wear, deodorant marks, pet hair, or alterations may result in refusal of the return.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery; items must be scanned by the carrier within 7 days of approval.
  • Bundle sets must be returned complete.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

How to Start a Return

  1. Locate your order number in your confirmation email.
  2. Contact us at [email protected] or via the Contact page to request an RMA.
  3. We’ll email return instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid domestic label.
  4. Pack securely and include your RMA inside the package.
  5. Drop off the package and keep your receipt until your refund or exchange is confirmed.

Tip: For faster exchanges, select “Exchange” when you contact us and tell us the size/color you want. We’ll hold it if available.

Exchanges

  • One free size exchange per order for US customers (subject to stock availability).
  • If your requested size is unavailable, we can issue store credit or a refund per your preference.
  • Exchange items ship after we receive and inspect the original.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Domestic return labels: $6.95 is deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after arrival at our facility; your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your order arrived incorrect or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your packing slip. We’ll replace or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale or Archive Sale
  • Underwear and face coverings
  • Mystery packs and grab bags
  • Gift cards
  • Items discounted by 30% or more

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties/taxes.
  • We recommend a tracked service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Customs duties and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Gifts & Store Credit

Returning a gift? We can issue store credit to the recipient if the order number or purchaser email is provided.

Limited Drops & Pre-Orders

  • Some limited releases may be final sale; refer to the product page at checkout.
  • Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment. After shipment, standard return terms apply.

Holiday Returns

Orders placed November 15 – December 31 are eligible for returns until January 15 of the following year, provided all other conditions are met.

Price Adjustments

One-time price adjustment is available within 7 days of purchase on full-price items if the exact item goes on sale. Not valid on limited releases or final sale items.
